My child can be a real fussy eater and can get in the habit of eating the same thing every day without being interested in even trying anything new. A lot of people say that this is typical toddler behaviour but I am still trying to introduce something new in his lunchbox every day. Get ready for the new school year with some new ideas for your little one’s lunch box with this Lunch Box Planner and these Lunch Box Ideas.

PINTEREST2-01

Here in the U.K. the kids are breaking up for the summer holiday, but my son will keep going to nursery so lunch boxes are still needed.

The way I do it is I print my lunch box planner every week, write down the date, and I start planning all lunches for the week ahead when I do the weekly supermarket shopping.

Sometimes I can make the same meals as the previous week with a few tweaks, replacing whatever he didn’t eat with something new for him to try.

What I noticed is that my little one is more interested in trying something new if he sees other kids eating it so I would ask parents what they prepare for their little ones.

Let me know what your child’s favourite school box lunch is, and if you do get in the routine of packing the same thing every day!
